Daste Bergamo inaugurates a new season of cuisine, music, vintage, and culture
A new season for Daste: culture, encounters, and new experiences
Daste begins a new era with a packed calendar of events, a renewed gastronomic offering, and numerous opportunities dedicated to culture, music, socializing, and creativity.
“We wake up: new menu, new season, new events!”
Daste's journey continues with the goal of becoming the most important cultural laboratory Bergamo has ever had: a vibrant, surprising, diverse, intergenerational space accessible to all.
The structure doesn't yet fully represent everything imagined, but this ongoing evolution is part of the project. The goal remains to pursue an ambitious dream: to transform Daste into a place capable of hosting different experiences every day, including music, cinema, art, meetings, workshops, parties, reflections, and new possibilities.
A cultural project open to the city and the territory
In a historical period in which planning culture is becoming increasingly complex, Daste's challenge is to continue offering quality without turning cultural initiatives into a privilege for the few.
The stated goal is to ensure that every day offers something new, enhancing what the area already has, especially through the energy of young people, enriching the local scene with guests and content from around the world.
According to Daste's vision, it's not about "revolutionizing Bergamo" through increasingly similar, refined, and exclusive concepts, but about bringing out the city's existing value and guiding it toward new possibilities.
The new menu between sustainability and conviviality
Culture also comes through what we eat and drink together. For this reason, Daste has completely revamped its menu, keeping a close eye on sustainability.
Important innovations and new collaborations are also planned for the bar sector.
“Daste isn’t what we want yet, but we’re on the right track.”
The message to the public is clear: “Please stand with us.”
Thursday, September 17: Daste's new menu arrives.
The first appointment of the new season is set for Thursday, September 17th with PLEASE: NEW MENU.
What initially seemed like a wish finally becomes a concrete appointment.
During the evening, Daste's new creations will be presented, born after numerous trials and tastings that allowed us to reach the utmost confidence in the final proposal.
The celebration will be accompanied by a buffet, because a special presentation could only be shared through food.
The proposal will be completely vegetarian and vegan, designed to involve everyone.
During the buffet there will be:
- NO Fish & Chips
- THE Cecine
- Pumpkin Flowers
- The Meatballs
- LA Pizza Consciousness
- I Brownies
The invitation is to arrive hungry, curious, and ready to savor every offering, even those that initially seemed like just a "taste."

The Jazz Room brings the charm of international jazz to Daste.
Following the event dedicated to the new menu, Daste Bergamo's program continues on Friday, September 18th with a musical event dedicated to the history and legacy of jazz.
Fever presents The Jazz Room: A Tribute to Frank Sinatra & Louis Armstrong, an evening designed to take the audience on a journey through the atmospheres of the genre's great classics.
The event offers a musical journey from the elegant and natural swing of Frank Sinatra to the unmistakable voice and trumpet of Louis Armstrong, two key figures in international music history.
A live tribute between swing, New Orleans and great classics.
During the evening, the music of the two artists will once again take center stage in an engaging live tribute.
The repertoire will include pieces such as:
Fly Me To The Moon, My Way, What a Wonderful World, When You’re Smiling, insieme a molte altre composizioni celebri.
The Jazz Room is a musical experience by Fever, inspired by the spirit of New Orleans, the city considered the birthplace of jazz, and the atmosphere of traditional jazz clubs.
Each performance is designed to transport the audience into an intimate, immersive and emotion-rich environment.
An experience dedicated to both enthusiasts and new listeners
Born as a new way to discover the world of jazz, The Jazz Room was designed to engage different audiences.

Saturday, September 19th, 80s nostalgia returns
The new season of Daste continues on Saturday, September 19th with the grand return of the event dedicated to 1980s culture.
An evening to relive a time filled with memories, music, and iconic images: from the finger poised on the REC button to record songs from the radio without capturing the speaker's voice, to the legendary TDK cassette, to the tokens used in video game cabinets.
Audiences will be able to relive afternoons spent in front of Bim Bum Bam, waiting for their favorite music video, and moments spent playing games like Double Dragon and Out Run.
The 80's Party returns with an even more nostalgic atmosphere, thanks to a DJ set accompanied by original music videos that bring the music, images, and particular energy of the decade to the screen.
“See you under the screen… and maybe dig out that old bomber jacket from the closet too!”
