Watermelon, cucumber, blackberry and feta salad

We called it a fruit salad because it contains watermelon and blackberries, but we serve it as an appetizer because it contains cucumber and feta. The recipe is incredibly quick and easy, and the result is a fresh and hydrating dish with a savory touch from the Greek cheese.

Ingredients · Servings 1 persona
  • 150 g anguria
  • 50 g more
  • 1 cetriolo piccolo
  • formaggio feta
  • sorbetto di limone
  • menta
Method · 15 minuti
  1. Tagliate l’anguria a cubetti (lato 2-3 cm).

The fruit salad is made with diced watermelon, cucumber strips, blackberries, and crumbled feta. We decided to top it with mint leaves and a spoonful of lemon sorbet for a refreshing, tangy touch.
