The selection includes a quick, layered treat—apple rings in pastry, soft cookies with a spiced apple filling, and tender cottage cheese pies. The chefs also presented an unusual recipe for fluffy chocolate muffins, using finely grated zucchini as a secret ingredient to preserve their richness.
