Method · 45 min
  1. Precalienta el horno a 200 °C.
  2. Lava las berenjenas, pártelas a la mitad y haz pequeños cortes en la pulpa.
  3. Hornéalas durante 30–35 minutos hasta que estén suaves.
  4. Deja enfriar un poco y retira la pulpa con una cuchara.
  5. En una licuadora o procesador, coloca la berenjena, nueces, ajo y especias.
  6. Añade el aceite de oliva y el jugo de limón.
  7. Procesa hasta obtener una crema homogénea o ligeramente rústica, según tu gusto.
  8. Ajusta sal, pimienta y textura con un poco más de aceite si es necesario.
  9. Refrigera al menos 30 minutos antes de servir para intensificar el sabor.
