Pork noodles with capsicum
Juicy pork noodles with capsicum can be prepared in no time and are sure to be enjoyed. To season the meat, you only need a few basic ingredients, in addition to capsicum and bacon, that we all usually have at home, and rice is a great side dish.

- 400 g pork roast
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 level tablespoons plain flour
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 70 g smoked bacon
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 red pepper
- 500 ml of broth

- Clean the meat, cut into strips, salt, pepper, add soy sauce, flour and mix.
- Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- Clean the onion and bell pepper. Finely chop the onion, and chop the pepper into small strips. Finely chop the bacon.
- Fry the finely chopped onion in lard, add the chopped bacon, fry and add the aged meat. Fry and add the ground paprika.
- After a while, add the puree, sauté everything briefly and pour in the broth. Add the chopped peppers and simmer gently for about 35 minutes.
- Serve with boiled rice.
