Pork noodles with capsicum

Juicy pork noodles with capsicum can be prepared in no time and are sure to be enjoyed. To season the meat, you only need a few basic ingredients, in addition to capsicum and bacon, that we all usually have at home, and rice is a great side dish.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 400 g pork roast
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 level tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 70 g smoked bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 red pepper
  • 500 ml of broth
Method · 1 h 10 min
  1. Clean the meat, cut into strips, salt, pepper, add soy sauce, flour and mix.
  2. Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Clean the onion and bell pepper. Finely chop the onion, and chop the pepper into small strips. Finely chop the bacon.
  4. Fry the finely chopped onion in lard, add the chopped bacon, fry and add the aged meat. Fry and add the ground paprika.
  5. After a while, add the puree, sauté everything briefly and pour in the broth. Add the chopped peppers and simmer gently for about 35 minutes.
  6. Serve with boiled rice.
