Furred apple

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 3 db Alma
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 dkg Flour
  • 1 dl Milk
  • 1 ek Cukor
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Oil
  • Powdered sugar
Method · 30 min
  1. To make the stuffed apples, peel the apples, remove their cores, and then cut them into rings about 1 cm thick.
  2. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Make a thick batter with the consistency of pancake batter.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then carefully fold them into the batter. This will create a light and airy batter.
  4. Heat 1–2 cm of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Dip the apple rings in the batter and then carefully place them in the hot oil.
  6. Fry the apple rings for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Place the fried apples on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon while still warm, then serve.
