Homemade Fast Food Recipes

Popular dishes like hamburgers, sandwiches, tacos, fish and chips, bagels, and kebabs have become staples in France. Each has a distinct origin: hamburgers come from the United States, sandwiches from England, tacos from Mexico, fish and chips from the United Kingdom, bagels from Poland, and kebabs from Turkey.

Ingredients · Servings 6 people
  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 12 tortillas or wheat or corn tortillas
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 pot of guacamole or salsa sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 25 cl of thick fresh cream
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 citron
  • Mexican spice
  • 1 lettuce
  • Olive oil
  • Your only end
  • Pepper
Method · 50 min
  1. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  2. Cut the peppers into strips.
  3. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  4. Sauté the onions and peppers in a pan with a little olive oil for about ten minutes over medium heat. Set aside.
  5. Pour a little oil into the same pan.
  6. Add the diced chicken.
  7. Cook for about ten minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes.
  9. Add the lemon juice, Mexican spices and pepper mixture to the cooked chicken.
  10. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
  11. Place small bowls on the table containing the tomatoes, cream, guacamole or salsa, salad, and chicken and pepper mixture.
  12. After microwaving it for about twenty seconds, each person will garnish their tortilla as they wish.
