Creamy Apple Pie

The recipe for this creamy apple pie was making the rounds a while ago, jotted down on a piece of paper, but then forgotten. With the arrival of autumn, fruit desserts are my favorite treats, so I dusted off the note and tried the recipe.

Ingredients · Servings a 26 cm mold
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 120 g of flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 5 bodies
  • cinnamon
  • juice of 1 lemon
Method · 45 min
  1. Peel the apples, cut them into slices and place them in a bowl with the lemon juice.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar until they become fluffy and frothy.
  3. Then add the melted butter and milk, a drizzle of it, along with the cinnamon (if you like, you can also add a little grated lemon or orange zest).
  4. Then add the flour and yeast and mix.
  5. Finally, add the apples to the mixture, which will be very liquid, this is normal, don't worry:)
  6. Pour the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  7. Bake the apple pie for about 45 minutes. Let it cool before unmolding and serving.
