Oatmeal pancakes with apples
Fluffy oatmeal pancakes with soft, stewed apple and a touch of cinnamon make for a warm and nutritious breakfast or autumn brunch. Using blended oats, almond milk, and steamed apple pieces, you can quickly make healthy pancakes without refined sugars.

- 150 g oatmeal
- 4 calls
- 3 eggs
- 8 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 2 the kokosolie
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 g coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method · 20 min
- Put the oatmeal in a blender and blend into oat flour.
- Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into pieces. Steam the apple pieces until tender in a steamer basket.
- Add half of the apples to the oatmeal in the blender. Also add the eggs, the almond milk, and a pinch of cinnamon. Then blend until a smooth batter is formed.
- Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pancake pan over the heat. Pour a generous spoonful of batter into the pan and fry a nice pancake. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
- Serve the oatmeal pancakes with the remaining apples, strawberries, coconut cream, and maple syrup.
