Method · 20 min
  1. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic. Sauté it with the onion in olive oil over medium heat in a pan until the onion softens, about 2 minutes. It must not burn. Add the canned cocktail tomatoes, vegetable stock and press in 3 cloves of garlic. Stir and let simmer.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Add a little olive oil and cook until al dente. Drain the water, add a knob of butter and a pinch of black pepper.
  3. Put some tomato sauce in the bottom of a plate. Spin up a portion of pasta with a pair of tongs. Place the spin of pasta in the middle of the tomato sauce and pull up the tongs so that the pasta stays in place.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped basil and let it cook together. Season with salt and chili flakes to taste.
