It's worth a try. I recommend it!

To cook pollock with onions and carrots in a frying pan, prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list.

Peel the onion, cut it into half rings, and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Place in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.

Fry the vegetables until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

If the fish is frozen, leave it at room temperature to melt the ice. Remove any remaining viscera and black membrane. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Trim off the fins and cut the fish into portions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll each piece in flour and fry until golden brown on both sides, using a separate frying pan.

Place the fried fish on top of the vegetables. Add the bay leaf, a little salt, black peppercorns, and water.

Cover with a lid and cook the pollock with onions and carrots in a frying pan over low heat for 15 minutes from the moment it boils.

This delicious pollock with onions and carrots is ready. Serve hot. Boiled rice or mashed potatoes are a perfect side dish.

Bon appetit!
