No-Bake Cookies - your new favorite recipe

No Bake Cookies

Ingredients · Servings 35 pieces
  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 120 ml milk
  • 25 g Baking cocoa
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 EL Vanilleextrakt
  • 110 g Butter
  • 100g creamy peanut butter
  • 200g roasted peanuts (without salt)
  • 60 g Kokosraspel
  • 100g chopped almonds
  • 200g hearty oat biscuits
Method · 30 min
  1. Line a baking sheet (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm) with parchment paper. Finely chop the dark chocolate and place it in a small saucepan with the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Melt over medium heat, stirring well. Add the butter and peanut butter and melt them into the chocolate mixture.
  2. Roughly chop roasted peanuts and stir them into the melted chocolate mixture along with shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and oat biscuits. Drop small mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet using teaspoons. Refrigerate the no-bake cookies for 30 minutes to firm up, then enjoy. They will keep in the refrigerator for at least two days.

These no-bake cookies don't require an oven. Peanut butter, shredded coconut, and cocoa combine to create a wonderfully delicious dough that doesn't need to be baked.

Baking is even easier with our baking mode. It features larger text and a permanently switched-on screen.

If you don't have chopped almonds or desiccated coconut, you can also use chopped hazelnuts or walnuts for this recipe.
