Orzo, those small, rice-shaped pasta, absorbs all the flavors of the broth and becomes incredibly tender. With tender diced chicken, golden-brown mushrooms, and Boursin cheese that gently binds everything together, you get a delicious dish that isn't heavy. The kind of recipe that everyone loves, perfect for a weeknight dinner or an evening when you're entertaining and don't want to spend the pre-dinner drinks in the kitchen.

And the best part, as always? The Thermomix does almost all the work. You put in the ingredients, start the programs, and in less than 40 minutes the dish is ready, without having to stand in front of a pot in the heat.

L lbrn rated this recipe 5/5, 1 month and 2 weeks ago. The recipe is so good, however I extended the cooking time quite a bit and it stuck to the bottom of the bowl, I'm struggling to remove it.

EstelleR rated this recipe 5/5 a month ago: Excellent recipe that I'm saving to my favorites, a quick and complete meal. Delicious! I added a little cooking time because I used orzo pasta. Thank you for sharing.

carbouede rated this recipe 4/5, 5 days and 15 hours ago: Very good. I marinated the chicken beforehand as indicated in the tips. I also increased the quantities by prorating each ingredient, starting with 350g of oat pasta. I added hot water and kept the same cooking time. However, next time, I will mix the Boursin cheese directly in the bowl because 30 seconds at speed 1.5 in reverse caused a sort of mush at the bottom of the bowl.

N nadidousud rated this recipe 5/5, 1 week and 4 days ago: Very good and very simple to make.

G glx91 rated this recipe 5/5, 2 weeks and 1 day ago.

S seho35 rated this recipe 3/5, 2 weeks and 4 days ago: Okay, but nothing special. The texture is like a risotto, but less appealing. I don't think I'll make this recipe again.

L lilian_9577 rated this recipe 4/5, 3 weeks and 1 day ago: Very good but be careful with the direction of cooking the pasta! It can tend to become mushy.

Eire_mary rated this recipe 2/5, 3 weeks and 1 day ago: The beginning was enticing, but the result much less so. It's very boiled but not appetizing like risotto, and ultimately the Boursin cheese overpowers the other flavors. What a shame!
