Mirabelle plum jam: the best recipe

- 1 kg pitted mirabelle plums
- 750 g granulated sugar

Method · 20 min
- Place the mirabelle plums, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a terrine. Mix. Cover with a cloth or cling film and leave to macerate overnight at room temperature.
- The next day, pour the mixture into a jam pan and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- The jam is ready to be jarred when a few drops placed on a cold plate set.
- Pour the hot jam into jars and seal. Turn the jars upside down and let them cool completely.
