Great article! I couldn’t agree more, that full-blood Wagyu is the best. I am surprised you did not include Pacific Rogue Wagyu on this list. They produce the best full-blood wagyu from right here in Oregon. In fact, their ranch saw the birth of the 5th and 11th full-blood wagyu to be born outside of Japan. Snake River has a fine product as well.
