Asian pork soup
Ingredients · Servings 6
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp.
- Leek
- salt – to taste
- garlic – 1 clove
- chicken broth – 1.5 l
- shiitake mushrooms – 5 pcs.
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- fresh ginger root – 2 cm
- Carrot
- rice wine – 4 tsp.
- pork fillet – 400 g
Method · 30 min
- Peel the carrots and garlic, rinse the leeks and mushrooms. Chop the carrots and leeks, and thinly slice the garlic. Peel and grate the ginger. Wash the meat, cut it into thin strips, and fry in a pan with heated oil for 4 minutes.
- Add vegetables, mushrooms and ginger, salt to taste.
- Pour in the hot broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add pepper, wine, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil again, remove from heat. Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.
