Oatmeal cookies with chocolate
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are called "Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies" in English and are a variation of the popular American chocolate chips "Chocolate Chip Cookies". - 300 g oatmeal
- 200 g wheat flour
- 1 ts natron
- 180g butter
- 150g sugar
- 150g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 pieces of egg
- 250 g cooking chocolate
Method · 45 min
- Mix the dry ingredients in a baking bowl.
- Beat the soft butter until fluffy, together with the white and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla extract and then the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the roughly chopped cooking chocolate.
- Place the dough in round mounds on parchment-lined baking sheets using two tablespoons.
- Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and cooling completely.
