  • Garlic
  • Lettuce
  • White wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Marinated artichoke
  • Olive oil
  • Olives
  • Tomato
  • Capers
  • Chicken egg (hard-boiled)

  1. Prepare the sauce. Remove the yolks from 2 eggs. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the yolks, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, and tear them into large pieces. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Combine the tomatoes, artichokes, olives, and lettuce leaves in a bowl. Gently toss, season with the dressing, and divide among plates. Slice the remaining eggs and garnish the salad with them.
