Yogurt cups with strawberries
I make these yogurt cups with strawberries countless times when they're in season. Each time I present them differently, and even when I don't have fresh strawberries but do have frozen ones, I make a variation by blending the frozen strawberries: they turn out spectacular, fresh, and delicious.
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 4 tablespoons of strawberry jam
- 300g of strawberries
- 4 Digestive biscuits
- 250g of sweetened natural yogurt
- Some toasted and sugary corn flakes
Method · 3 min
- Put 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam at the bottom of each glass.
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Remove the stems. Place them on top of the jam.
- Place one cookie on top. Ideally, it should match the diameter of the glass at the same height as the strawberries, so the next layer doesn't spill over them.
- Divide the yogurt among the glasses over the cookies.
- Place the flakes on top and garnish with strawberries.
