Banana and chocolate cream with only three ingredients

A banana and chocolate cream with just three ingredients might sound simple, until you taste it properly made. And the truth is, it's perfectly balanced. The key lies in understanding what each ingredient contributes. Ripe bananas aren't just there for sweetness.

Ingredients · Servings 3
  • 100g of dark chocolate (for desserts)
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 ml of milk
Method · 6 h 7 min
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring between each burst, or in a double boiler. Once melted, transfer it to a blender.
  2. We add the milk and the peeled and chopped bananas.
  3. Blend until you have a smooth, homogeneous mixture. If you prefer a less fine texture, you can leave some small pieces of banana.
  4. We divide the cream into ramekins, small glasses or bowls, cover with cling film (to prevent them from absorbing odors from the refrigerator) and put it in the refrigerator for about six hours, or better yet, overnight.
  5. Serve it ice cold and that's it!
