Dry tarator with strained yogurt

Method of preparation

Ingredients · Servings 3
  • strained yogurt - 500 g
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • dill - about 20 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • that
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
Method · 15 min
  1. First, wash the cucumber well, peel it, and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Peel the cloves and chop them as finely as possible.
  3. Chop the dill finely as well.
  4. Then, put the strained yogurt in a deep bowl, add the cucumber and mix well.
  5. Then add the chopped garlic cloves, dill, salt, and olive oil to the easy milk salad.
  6. Everything is mixed very well and the dry tarator with strained yogurt is served chilled.
