Beef steak on a pan
Method of preparation
Ingredients · Servings 2
- beef steak - 2 pieces
- that
- black pepper
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method · 15 min
- The beef steaks are first pounded with a wooden mallet and then coated with a marinade of salt, pepper, honey, mustard, and oil, mixed well. They are left to marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
- I heat a grill pan, maybe a regular one, and add a little oil, then add the steaks. I cook them on each side for two minutes, flip them, and so on until they are done to your liking.
- When I take them out of the pan, I immediately put a knob of butter on the steaks, which immediately melts and adds extra flavor.
- The pan-fried beef steak is ready.
