Simple and quick strawberry clafoutis: the best recipe

An excellent alternative to traditional strawberry tarts! This strawberry clafoutis is a real treat; I highly recommend this super simple and quick recipe for a quality dessert.

Ingredients · Servings 6 people
  • 500g strawberries
  • 100g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 20 cl milk
  • butter for the mold
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • mold with a diameter of 26 cm
Method · 10 min
  1. Butter the mold in which you will place the chopped strawberries.
  2. Mix together in a bowl the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and granulated sugar.
  3. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 35 minutes at thermostat 6 (180°C).
  4. Insert the tip of a knife to check that it is cooked.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  6. Sprinkle the cake with a little granulated sugar.

  • Granulated sugar 50 g
  • Milk 20 cl
  • Salt, 1 pinch
