Mini salmon croissants

Another super simple recipe. Mini croissants are cute and will appeal to both children and adults. For this recipe, you only need a few ingredients and an oven.

Ingredients · Servings 4 people
  • 1 unit shortcrust pastry
  • 4 slices of smoked trout or salmon
  • 150 g Philadelphia or Kiri.
  • 1 bouquet aneth
  • 1 egg yolk
  • cell
  • pepper
Method · 15 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan setting).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out 16 triangles from the edge to the center of the pastry.
  3. Cut the salmon into small pieces and mix together Philadelphia cream cheese and dill, then mash with a fork and place a little of this mixture on the widest part of the croissant and roll it up.
  4. Brush with egg yolk.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. If the croissants are golden brown, they're done; otherwise, continue baking.
