Discover the easy, foolproof recipe for strawberry jam. A classic fruity and delicious treat, perfect for topping your breakfast toast.

Ingredients · Servings 4 people
  • 300g strawberries
  • 150 g gelling sugar

  1. Wash the strawberries, then hull them and cut them into pieces of your desired size. Place the strawberries in a bowl and pour over the sugar and lemon juice. Let them macerate overnight.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the strawberries and the sugar dissolved overnight to a boil. When foam forms, remove it with a skimmer or ladle.
  3. When the jam begins to thicken, stop cooking and immediately pour the jam into the jar. Fill the jar to the brim, turn it upside down and let it cool.
