Hibiscus iced tea with raspberries

We brew the iced tea using the cold brew method. Normally, you boil water and let the tea steep in the hot water. With the cold brew method, you do it just a little differently. You put cold water in a pitcher and let the tea steep in it, or in this case, the hibiscus.

Ingredients · Servings 1
  • 1 tbsp hibiscus tea
  • 1 liter water
  • 100 g raspberries (fresh)
  • A dash of agave syrup or honey
  • A few lime wedges
  • Fresh mint
Method · 3 h 5 min
  1. Pour 1 liter of water into a pitcher. Add the hibiscus tea and place in the refrigerator. Let the tea steep for a few hours (preferably overnight).
  2. Strain the water and add the raspberries, lime slices, and fresh mint.
