Partybrood met prosciutto en taleggio
You can have this party bread with prosciutto and taleggio on the table in no time. It is a super simple recipe, but totally party-proof. I love recipes like this. Easy to make, few ingredients, but with a great result. This party bread looks super festive on the drinks table.
This party bread takes less than 15 minutes to make. It's also always handy if you suddenly have guests over. I personally always have a bake-at-home loaf at home for occasions like this. And I practically always have cheese on hand, as well as some kind of cured meat like prosciutto or chorizo. So this party bread is made in no time. What is your favorite party recipe?
Ingredients for 1 loaf: 1 bake-off baguette, olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, pepper, 180 g taleggio, 100 g prosciutto, 10 g sage.
Here's how to make it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted).
Cut the bake-off baguette two-thirds of the way through, but do not cut all the way through.
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the olive oil and pepper.
Brush the bread with the garlic oil.
Divide the taleggio, prosciutto, and sage between the slices of bread.
Bake the party bread until golden brown in 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
