Aguasanta, as the new restaurant is called, will offer modern American fare with Mexican and Latin American influences — expect a seafood bar and roasted meats from a wood-fired oven, too.
A cafe with gluten-free dishes is open in Gretna
Cara and Evan Benson, the names behind New Orleans restaurants Toast and Tartine, have brought a new cafe with ample gluten-free options to Gretna, according to Nola.com. The Hen House menu isn’t entirely gluten-free — the Bensons are baking fresh sandwich bread, for one — but it’s highly customizable, offering gluten-free wraps and bread.
