Sausage Meatballs

Place the ground meat in a mixing bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, and spices, and knead well. Transfer the prepared meatball mixture to a piping bag and pipe out large sausage-like patties. Line the bottom of a rectangular glass baking dish with flatbreads. Place a wire rack on top and arrange the meatballs on the rack. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 13-15 minutes.
