In his most recent role, he managed the entire winemaking process, from pruning to bottling, and led the company to organic certification. He has introduced new wines and experimented with innovative techniques, such as spontaneous fermentations and the use of amphorae.
At the same time, he began working as an oenological consultant for various companies, offering a minimalist and territorial approach to winemaking. He has received numerous awards for the aromatic and olfactory quality of his wines.
