Varro's Grid
The restaurant was founded in Lucca in 2006 and arrived in Milan in 2014. Owner Massimo Minutelli's passion for meat is more than a passion; it's a calling he demonstrates daily in his pursuit of excellence, whether it's Patanegra or Black Angus. The menu at La Griglia di Varrone is extensive, and every dish is expertly executed. It's definitely our favorite place in the city. Trattoria del Nuovo Macello is a historic restaurant that today pays homage to Milanese tradition, using traditional ingredients and bringing them up to date. The El Porteño group has two other restaurants in the city, one in the Arena area (on Viale Elvezia) and one in the Darsena area (on Viale Gian Galeazzo).
