Cottage cheese cocktail
Before you start preparing the cocktail, I recommend reading the entire recipe first to prepare in advance for the next steps in the recipe, but also to choose your favorite fruits.
In a bowl or blender, place one 200 gram package of high-protein cottage cheese.
Next, add 150 grams of washed and dried or simply thawed raspberries. Add at least 15 grams of erythritol. Add one ripe banana. Mine weighed 125 grams after peeling. Finally, add at least 100 ml of water or a plant-based drink, such as an oat, coconut, or soy beverage.
Tip 1: You can swap the erythritol for regular sugar or liquid honey. Tip 2: To make a different smoothie each time, swap the bananas for mango, and the raspberries for strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots, or peeled nectarines.
Blend everything thoroughly and thoroughly using a hand blender, or, as I do, in the jug of a stand blender. The longer you blend, the smoother the mixture will be. This is crucial to ensure that no tiny bits of cheese or other ingredients are visible or noticeable in the smoothie. Serve the salek coulis immediately after making it. If it's going to sit a bit longer, it's worth blending it again before serving.
Tip: If the smoothie is too thick or you simply prefer a thinner drink, just add more water or plant-based drink and blend again or stir with a spoon.
Enjoy your meal.
