Fresh cocktails to welcome spring

Forget about spending hot afternoons; these refreshing cocktails will be your best allies for welcoming spring in style. Take note!

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of gin
  • 50 ml of pomegranate juice
  • 15 ml of elderflower syrup
  • Ice
  • Slice of cucumber for garnish

Preparation method:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, pomegranate juice, and elderflower syrup.
  • Add ice and shake well.
  • Serve in a glass with ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen mango
  • 60 ml of white rum
  • 30 ml of lime juice
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup (or to taste)
  • Ice

Preparation method:

  • Place the mango, rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and ice in a blender.
  • Mix until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Serve in a cocktail glass and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of pomegranate juice
  • 100 ml of prosecco
  • Ice
  • Pomegranate seeds for decoration

Preparation method:

  • Pour the pomegranate juice into a champagne glass.
  • Add ice to taste.
  • Top with prosecco and garnish with a few pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of white rum
  • 30 ml of tamarind pulp
  • 30 ml of lime juice
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup or honey
  • Ice

Preparation method:

  • In a cocktail shaker, mix the rum, tamarind pulp, lime juice, and sugar syrup with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint.
