Recipes with Greek yogurt that add protein and variety to your kitchen

If you're someone who wants to treat your family to easy yet nutritious recipes, incorporating FAGE Greek yogurt into your dishes can make a big difference. Here's why you should use it more often and how to get the most out of it.

Why is Greek yogurt a great source of protein?

Unlike traditional yogurt, Greek yogurt undergoes a filtration process that removes some of the whey, thus concentrating its nutrients. The result is a food with:

  • Higher protein content (up to twice that of regular yogurt)
  • Fewer natural sugars

Protein is essential for maintaining energy throughout the day, strengthening muscles, and supporting a balanced diet for the whole family.

Benefits of adding Greek yogurt to your recipes

Including FAGE Greek yogurt in your daily cooking not only improves the nutritional value of food, but also provides practical advantages:

  • It makes dishes creamier without using as much fat.
  • You can substitute ingredients like cream or mayonnaise, reducing calories without losing flavor.
  • It brings freshness and balance
  • Its acidic touch helps to balance flavors, especially in savory recipes.
  • It is very versatile
  • It works in sweet, savory, cold or hot recipes.
