Little Toedis Herb Cream Schnitzel

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 150 ml water
  • 150 ml Stage
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 TL Pfeffer
  • 0.25 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tbsp frozen parsley
  • 1 tbsp frozen chives
Method · 30 min
  1. Cut the schnitzel into approximately 12 small pieces and flatten them. Fry them in a pan with a little oil until golden brown on all sides. Once cooked, set aside.
  2. Now make the sauce. Melt some butter in a pan and sauté the garlic. Pour in water and cream. Add the spices.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth and add to the simmering sauce, stirring constantly. Bring the sauce to a boil. Add the herbs and the meat. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until the meat is heated through. Serve with noodles, spaetzle, rice, or potatoes.
