Negroni Week at the Giardino Bar – September 21st to 27th

From September 21st to 27th, Il Giardino Bar at Hotel Eden is participating in Negroni Week with a special drinks list designed by bartender Flavio Specchioli. Alongside the classic Negroni, three new variations will be available, each crafted with different ingredients and aromas. The Grove combines Campari, fig leaf-infused vermouth, and dried fig-infused gin for a softer, more autumnal profile. The Fifth Flame plays on the smoky notes of tequila and mezcal, blended with Campari and amaretti vermouth. A refreshing twist is the Viridis Negroni, made with Campari, gin, bergamot liqueur, and basil leaves. These three interpretations are available exclusively during the event week, along with the classic recipe.
