5. In the meantime, throw the gnocchi into hot water and cook them for 23 minutes.

6. After 23 minutes we transfer them to the pan together with the pumpkin, bacon and mushroom cream.

7. Add grated cheese, diced scamorza and mix well.

8. We plate with feeling and voilà, the gnocchi are ready!
