We prepare the dates by delicately cutting the top and removing the stone.

We fill each date with a piece of brie, making sure that the cheese fills the void left by the stone.

We place a walnut kernel on top of the cheese, thus adding a touch of crunchiness.

We wrap each date with a slice of raw ham, making sure to completely cover the stuffed fruit.

Arrange the rolls on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C until the ham becomes crispy and the cheese begins to melt.

Remove from the oven and decorate the rolls with sprigs of fresh thyme, adding a touch of aroma.

Before serving, we complete the dish with a light drizzle of acacia honey, which will add a refined sweetness.
