1. Put the water in a saucepan to heat.

- 250g of pasta of your choice
- 10 walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 beets
- 1 red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Put the water in a saucepan to heat.
- Peel the beets and cut them into cubes.
- Place the beets, balsamic vinegar, walnuts, salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste), frozen red pepper, and olive oil in a blender.
- Beat slowly, stopping occasionally to add the olive oil.
- Add the peeled garlic clove and more olive oil. Blend again.
- Taste the sauce to check the salt level.
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan.
- Add salt to the boiling water in the pot and cook the pasta. Fettuccine is a great option for this recipe.
- Grate the cheese and place it in a container.
- When ready, add the pasta to the pan with the sauce and mix.
- Serve the pasta with the grated cheese.
