  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  1. Using a whisk, mix together the eggs, butter, and sugar.
  2. Add the wheat flour and mix, then add the baking powder and the fruit (with peel, without seeds and in cubes) last.
  3. Place in paper cupcake liners, insert into muffin tins, and then place on a baking sheet.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for approximately 1 minute, checking every 20 seconds.
  6. Remove the cooled cupcakes from the muffin tins, top with ganache and half a slice of banana.
