Vivi's Express Pressure Cooker Pasta Recipe, submitted by Victória Cecília
1. Sauté the garlic and onion in a pressure cooker with a drizzle of oil until golden brown, then add the bacon and chopped sausage.
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 350 g of ground beef
- 1 small piece of bacon
- 1/2 calabrese sausage
- 4 large cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 250g of uncooked fusilli or penne pasta
- 2 sachets of tomato sauce
- 1 can of corn
- 1 package of sliced olives
- Salt and spices to taste.
- 1 tablespoon of margarine and a drizzle of olive oil
- water
- 2 bay leaves

- Sauté the garlic and onion in a pressure cooker with a drizzle of oil until golden brown, then add the bacon and chopped sausage.
- Add the ground beef and let it sauté and brown well, then add the olives and salt.
- Next, add the pasta and sauté it briefly, then add the two packets of tomato sauce and, if needed, enough water to cover.
- Add the corn and spices; I used: oregano, nutmeg, hot paprika, chimichurri, a few drops of lemon juice, a capful of red wine, and cumin.
- Add the butter, olive oil, and bay leaves, cover the pot, and once it comes to pressure, cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Tip: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top when serving.
- 2. Add the ground beef and sauté until well browned, then add the olives and salt.
- 3. Next, add the pasta and sauté it briefly, then add the two packets of tomato sauce and, if needed, enough water to cover.
- 4. Add the corn and spices; I used: oregano, nutmeg, hot paprika, chimichurri, lemon juice, a capful of red wine, and cumin.
- 5. Add the butter, olive oil, and bay leaves, cover the pot, and once it comes to pressure, cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Tip 6: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top when serving.
Use pre-cooked ground beef (microwave for 4 minutes and drain the water).
