Ciabatta with burrata and mortadella

Cut the ciabatta completely open. Roughly chop the pistachios.

Ingredients · Servings 2 people
  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 burrata
  • 6 slices of mortadella
  • 20 g pistachios
Method · 5 min
  1. Cut the ciabatta completely open. Roughly chop the pistachios.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and toast the bread until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Spread the burrata on one side of the bread and the mortadella on the other side.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and finish with the pistachios.
  5. Place the top of the ciabatta on top of this and cut in half.
