How to make Shrimp Florentine Recipe

Ingredients for Shrimp Florentine Recipe

1/4 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined

1 tablespoon Butter

1 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 cup Fresh Spinach

1/4 cup Heavy Cream

0.13 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

As required Salt And Pepper, To Taste.

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

STEP 2.Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

STEP 3.In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove the spinach from the skillet and set aside.

STEP 4.In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

STEP 5.Return the shrimp and spinach to the skillet and pour the creamy sauce over the top. Stir to combine and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 6.Serve the Shrimp Florentine over pasta or with crusty bread. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
