How to make Raw Corn Chips Recipe

Raw corn chips are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional fried corn chips. Made with fresh corn kernels, flaxseeds, and seasonings, these chips are packed with nutrients and flavor. They are gluten-free, vegan, and perfect for snacking or serving with dips.

Ingredients for Raw Corn Chips Recipe

1/2 cup Fresh Corn Kernels

0.06 cup Ground Flaxseeds

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

0.13 teaspoon Paprika

0.13 teaspoon Garlic Powder

0.13 teaspoon Nutritional Yeast

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.In a food processor, blend fresh corn kernels, flaxseeds, and seasonings until smooth.

STEP 2.Spread the mixture evenly on a dehydrator tray lined with a non-stick sheet.

STEP 3.Dehydrate at 115°F for 8-10 hours or until the mixture is dry and crispy.

STEP 4.Remove from the dehydrator and let cool completely before breaking into chips.

STEP 5.Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

STEP 6.Serve as a healthy snack or with your favorite dips and salsas.

Cooking Tips

You can add additional seasonings like paprika, garlic powder, or nutritional yeast for extra flavor.

If you don't have a dehydrator, you can use an oven on the lowest temperature setting with the door slightly ajar.

Make sure to spread the mixture evenly to ensure even drying and crispy chips.

Storage and Serving

Store the raw corn chips in an airtight container at room temperature.

Serve them as a healthy snack on their own or with your favorite dips and salsas.

These chips can be enjoyed immediately or stored for up to a week.
