BAKED PENNE WITH PISTACHIO BÉCHAMEL, COPPATA PANCETTA, SMOKED BURRATA AND WALNUTS

- 100 g Pancetta coppata I love to be excellent
- 125 g Smoked Burrata I love to be excellent
- 100 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano I love to be excellent

- 500 ml Latte
- 40 g Butter
- 40 g 00 flour

Pour the pistachio pesto into the béchamel sauce that we prepared earlier and mix.
While the pasta is cooking, brown the pancetta slices in a pan (then chop them with a knife).
Pour the pasta al dente into a bowl and add the pistachio béchamel sauce, the diced pancetta and mix.
We distribute it inside a baking dish, placing the béchamel sauce on the base and adding the smoked burrata and grated parmesan.
We finish with a final layer of pistachio, parmesan and walnut béchamel and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, turning on the grill for the last 5!
