In a large pot, boil the turnip tops in plenty of salted water and then, once they are soft, blend them with extra virgin olive oil to obtain a cream.
Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the clams with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili pepper, and parsley stalks. Add the clams and cover with a lid. As they open, remove them and strain the liquid.
Plunge the spaghetti into plenty of salted water and when they are al dente, finish cooking them in the pan with the creamed turnip tops.
