Danny Khezzar, from the Michelin-starred restaurant in Geneva to the bistro Monsieur Claude
Danny Khezzar, with a Michelin star in Geneva and a rap group, presents Monsieur Claude, a bistro in Rueil-Malmaison.
Danny Khezzar hesitated for a long time between music and cooking, before deciding on neither. He has managed to make a name for himself in both: he earned a Michelin star in Geneva, at the Bayview by Michel Roth restaurant, and is known on social media with his rap group, Les Frères Bizzy.
Now he combines his two passions in "Monsieur Claude", his new project in Rueil-Malmaison, a house suspended among the clouds that looks like it came from the animated film Up.
The project is a bistro concept that complements his sophisticated offerings in Switzerland and his ephemeral street food stalls. With it, he demonstrates his desire not to be pigeonholed into a single style.
It is likely that his future projects will become increasingly ambitious and push the boundaries of Michelin-starred cuisine.
The conversation with Khezzar is available in the new episode of the podcast À Table avec.
