Chocolate brioche braid

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 ml Milk (to make everything softer)
  • Egg (for extra energy)
  • 50g Sugar (plus a pinch for extra happiness)
  • 10 g Fresh yeast
  • 10 g Honey
  • 1 pinch of salt (to give a salty touch to the dessert)
  • Spreadable chocolate (to make you smile)

Combine all the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.

Let it rest for about 2 hours.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and add the cream.

Roll up and cut in half along the long side to create the braid.

Place it in a round pan and let it rest for 40 minutes.
