In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until you get a soft, compact dough.
After that, we work it on the work surface with a little flour, we put it in cling film and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Once the time has passed, we can begin to roll out the pastry with a rolling pin, to the thickness we prefer.
Now take the mask-shaped molds and start making lots of masks, place them in a pan with baking paper, in the meantime turn the oven on to 180° and when it reaches temperature we bake them for 10/15 minutes.
Once they are cooked, we take them out, let them cool, and we can decorate them with melted chocolate, or we can add vanilla icing sugar.
